"the price was excellent but the staff wasnt very friendly. House keeping was thorough and hallways leading to rooms were often dirty. Front desk clerk when we checked in wasnt friendly and not very helpful."

"I have to say I was very pleased with this hotel I have been to many hotels in Thailand and this room is spacious, the windows are pretty well soundproof, it's a quiet location however there is one nightclub that you do hear a little bit in the night but really not that much, the swimming pool is great very big usually no one before 2:00"

"The staff is a five star. The cleaning and the breakfast is not bad but needs a little improvement it’s acceptable. The things make me not to use this property again is the chaos of the street , this has nothing to do with the property it’s the area Sukhumvit 11 in the day time cars and motorcycles under the windows from 6 AM till 2 AM the next day, and then it slow down on the traffics you get the ((shoppers )) who hang around from 2AM till 5 AM talking and negotiating prices back and forth and...
