"I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

"The room setups are different than advertised but other than that everything is good. Easy check-in, checkout instructions, great communication with the host. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The appartment is old and dated. Not much in the room for amenity and the mattresses for both room were so hard like concrete
The washing machine kind of work but dryer didn't
When we asked for more towels and blanks, pillows we got question alot before they delivered the items which we feel not fair
Overall it is Ok experience for it and we don't think we will come back
The receptionists are always on the phone and not very helpful"
