"The tub had some miles on it. The shower spout was pulling from the wall and soap dispenser fell of the wall a few times. It wasn't a game changer. It's just a sign of a facility that has seen its fair share of customers since its last remodel. "

"The rooms were clean and maintained. The breakfast was as expected and the eating space was nice. The pool was basic but good enough for the kids to play a bit. "

"Part of the reason we stayed here was the indoor pool. The pool was frigid, and we asked if they could turn the heat up. It never got any warmer during our stay. The front desk was responsive to our other needs. The key card for the parking garage didn't work the best but it is in a convenient location to the hotel. Lots to do around the area if you like walking around. "

"Clean comfortable rooms. Valet parking is pretty much the only way to park here bug they don’t let you know that it costs $40 a day. Just ends up on your bill. That being said the valets were excellent."

"The Soda Pop room was adorable. I traveled alone for nursing clinicals and felt safe staying there. Great for Solo travel along with traveling with a family. Would stay there again if I’m ever in the area."

"Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! "

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm...
