"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!"

"The front desk staff was friendly, but not helpful in regards to directions as to where parking was, our room or that you needed to have your room key out to operate the elevator, I had to ask several questions to navigate this—usually not my experience, but I managed. I appreciated the security, but it took some getting used to to start. We had to find the pool for our kids on our own and it was fairly small, very dimly lit and FREEZING. The kids lasted a bit, but 0 adults went in unanimously...

"Everything was very nice. Very comfortable, very clean room! Kudos to the cleaning staff! Staff was very friendly! I only wish the pool was open a little later to enjoy after getting back from an evening event. Other than that no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park."

"Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood."

"Our sink was stopped up and after letting them know it took nine hours to fix. It was a bit of a chaotic hotel with bags of laundry left in the hallways and lots of messes. Not a very special experience. Oh and the sink had two hot waters. No cold."

"Great downtown apartment concept. Clean simple two bedroom arrangement was perfect fo me out stay. Immaculate. Will definitely look up Cozy Suites again in other locations."
