"The hotel is a bit unorganized when checking in staff not friendly at front desk the check in process can definitely use some changes. This hotel is close to cruise port . Very busy van service can also use some improvements."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfest was fine. Room fixtures in the bathroom (TP holder and cloths holder on the door) came off. One bug in the bathroom. Noise outside during the night like construction. "

"The hotel is situated on top of a hill with nice views all around. Very peaceful. The rooms are quite large and comfortable."

"It would have received A 5 STAR review; however, the toliet paper really causes a mess when you have beginner wiper with you. So families, it's a great place; however, I strongly sugges pack your own toilet paper"

"Had a difficult time getting into the building. Code would not work. Finally a lady that lives in the building let us in. After reaching out to the host, we were able to get into the apartment. The place looked just like the picture on the app, it was clean. The problem was the two of us only had 1 clean bath towel. The rest of the towels and the sheets from the prior occupant, we’re in the washer/dryer combo, damp and stinky. The hosts cleaning ladies obviously did not do their job well."

"Excellent staff and the hotel was spectacular! Loved the therapy pool and therapy hot tub. Beds were super comfortable and pillows were like laying your head on a cloud. Enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast with a variety of items that you could choose from. Had dinner at the hotel and everything we had was wonderful. I enjoyed the homemade Mac and cheese. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again."

"Not what you expect when you stay at a Marriott. It is an old and tired looking facility. The carpet in the hallways was bumpy and could cause a fall. It’s a shame as it use to be a very nice place."
