"We stayed at Ragland on the return leg of a two week road trip from NY to southern Florida. It was such a welcoming and cozy experience. We arrived late because of traffic and Claudia met us at the door, showed us around and led us to our room. First of all, it’s huge. After staying in small rooms for two weeks this was so nice. Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. "They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace."

"The property and room were very clean but some of the furniture showing signs of age. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had make your own waffles etc.. They charge a 5 dollar parking fee which yes is small but it’s not like it’s in a city. But if you need a place to put your head down for the price it works."
