"Booked a city view room with a higher room charge for my friend, but got a non-city view room when checked in. My friend did not like to argue so I called the front desk about this, but the front desk person just hanged up on me after I told them that the room they offered was not a city view room. Later on, they did not pick up any of my phone calls at all. It was only 7pm. Extremely bad service there!"

"One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Ron at the entrance was the nicest most kind person and really helped make our hotel experience memorable. This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Fantastic service and the hostess at Fig always went above and beyond. Will stay again."

"Hotel is beautiful, rooms are stunning, bed very comfy. Two free water cans in fridge every day which was great. Restaurants on site were lovely, although expensive. Staff were uninterested at best which was the only real downside to this hotel. Surrounding area is also not very safe for a solo traveller so beware where you walk."

"The location was ok - the corridors and lifts not clean. Lifts sooo slow. The bathroom had mould. You can simply ask the cleaners to use exit mould and all will be gone. We had an upgrade to a nicer and bigger room which was nice. There is not even one holder on the wall to hang a towel. That was so strange. Practicality!! "Excellent location, if you wanna catch an event at Crypto.com Arena and LA Live Area. Some of the rest of the surrounding area is kind of 50/50. At first, my room wasn’t ready. It was almost 5pm for a minimum 3pm Check In. Thankfully, it was handled promptly. Room, was clean and it was a fairly good size. The view was nice. I could see Crypto.com Arena and LA Live from my room. Not a bad stay"

"Everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access many attractions, and the area felt very safe. The only aspect that needs improvement is the breakfast. It was very basic, with packaged boiled eggs, which is not what I would expect from a Marriott-standard breakfast. Upgrading the breakfast selection would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."
