The hotel accommodated with some fans but they were very loud. Power tripped out multiple times and had to change rooms. However, the gym next door and The Huddle restaurant were solid amenities."

I was personally showed around the hotel and the direction of my room by a lovely lady on the desk sorry I didn’t get her name. My room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom. There were robes and slippers in the room and everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. "This little place is simple and comfortable. It is well placed walking distance from the Twickenham BritRail station and across the street from the Rugby stadium. I found the breakfast ample and eveything about the place just what you need for a short stay."

"Shandon House Hotel is a scam. The room in uninhabitable but they exploit the no refund policy and so people arrive, and realise its not viable and then leave, and they keep the money. Hugely disappointed in Expedia who took no interest despite adverting the room in a wholly inaccurate way"

"The staff were helpful. We chose the area due to the bus stop being close by. There was a lot of construction going on and we could not use the bus stop. We were able to catch the bus, but it was a lot further walk. The bar was very nice. The room was wonderful. The only negative I would say is that it is a distance from the airport/central london. We had a very difficult time getting uber/lyft/bolt drivers. They would cancel on us after we booked."

"Almost everything was great. The one thing I’m finding is when I’d just like to chill and watch a bit of TV or sport on TV, it would be more comfortable for me to sit on a comfy chair instead of the bed all the time. Everything else was excellent"
