"There was no breakfast. On Expedia it says there is free breakfast. But all they do is give you a $7 credit to the coffee shop that shares space in their building. You are limited to bagels, pastries or egg bagel sandwich and obviously a coffee and one of these items costs more than $7. So there is no free breakfast. The building is very old, which I know is part of the charm. But in a lot of nice historic hotels, you at least have newer amenities in the room and our TV was very old as well....

"I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. ...
