"Bryant and the rest of the staff were amazing. The cleaning lady extremely friendly. I recommend this place for everyone looking tobstayvon a cozy and friendly hotel. The only thing I would have changed is for a better fitness room."

"Overall good experience. It’s worth it for the price. Good location to stay between Boston and Providence which was our goal. My only suggestion would be to Not advertise free breakfast, more like free Coffee and Quaker Oats only. "

"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

"The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are no microwaves in the room. The paint is bubbling on the bathroom door. The bathrooms are extremely small. The breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages raw. Both stays we were unable to eat the free breakfast. The staff is rude and interrupts when you're speaking. The signage leading to rooms 210-220 are non-existent so we needed to ask a non-english speaking employee to take us to where the rooms were which was difficult...

"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way...

"We stayed in the Atlantic sweet. It was beautiful, along with the rest of the inn. Very welcoming, peaceful and comfortable. Will be back! "

"Next door tenants kept us awake all night. Between the loud chatter, stomping & constant smell of cigarette smoke, we were lucky to have gotten 1 hr of sleep all night. It was like our neighbors next door were in the same room with us. Then in the morning they decided to have an argument with us because we were irate about the lack of sleep."

"We have stayed at this property before. This time was a bit of a disappointment. We let them know it was our 26th annivasary and nothing. Have run a inn guests want to feel seen, important. Our room was small for the price we paid. The bathroom shiw was not cleaned with old soap tried on the inside and mold on the ceiling. Mind you this was only one room, the fact tgat they have a restaurant on property is nice. Also a breakfast/coffe place but my suggestion is if check out is at 11 stay open...

"The room was in disrepair. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. The area where the carpet transitions to a hard surface was frayed and the tack strip was exposed. Stepping on that with bare feet was not fun at all. "

"The room that was assigned to me shouldn’t have been since it clearly was still under renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched up and the shower was missing the middle part of the hardware. The room was cleaned and the dirty towels was rolled up and place on the shelf that was outside of the bathroom.
