"Love how the hotel is set up,example the elevator system is fantastic you press your floor number and it directs you to the appropriate elevator."

"Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great."

"Very clean and cozy hotel. The pool is across the street at The California. They only have table games on the weekend. The casino was very quite midweek. We probably only saw 10 people on slot machines. The staff is super friendly and helpful"

"Room was clean except for a hair on the sink. Unfortunately, it was really hard to contact anybody for every time we tried to call down the lines were out of order. The hair dryer did not work so I had to go downstairs to talk to someone, but they did send another one in a timely. The casino is nice, but the waitresses barely come around or ignore you. It feels safe and overall I would stay there again."

"The room was quite large, and has everything you need. However, it is located inside the casino Binion, and requires a bit of walk around to find. You get used to it after a while, if you enter through the Hotel Apache double doors, then the reception is just right there."

"Clean, pretty and modern. Modest, had iron and ironing board, safe and coffee machine. Cute sewing kit, makeup remover wipes, shower cap, vanity pack and shoe sponge. $15 credit towards their restaurant or inside Starbucks."

"Was able to check in early at no cost. Everything was great just wished they provided body wash, shampoo etc."

"We had to ask for more towels only 3 in room for 4 guest so every day we would have to ask for towels because they wouldn’t go to clean or give us towels or toilet paper we had to ask and dirty towels were not picked up for entire stay 3 nights"

"First and foremost my boyfriend had an expired id so they wouldn’t even let us in and then when I booked with the company I paid extra for the insurance to guarantee if anything goes wrong they will refund and what not but I couldn’t cancel , refund or transfer my reservation as well as even check in"

"My room didn’t have a curtain, which means anyone outside could easily see inside. Also the hostel was accessible to anyone making me feel unsafe due to lack of security."
