"Small, quaint, clean hotel. Looks like it is undergoing renovation. I loved the easy parking access. I also loved the size of the hotel. Everything was clean and neat. Amenities were appreciated. Restroom was clean. Shower has no door---very modern. I did not experience any problems during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would also stay here again. "

"First time staying at the plaza and we will definitely be back! Rooms are cozy and clean. Had a view the strip. Pool open all year round and is heated with jacuzzi. Hash house a go go was great. The hotel is perfect because it’s right off all the hustle and bustle of the downtown strip. "

"The Downtowner is right around the corner from Fremont Street. It is very clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are meh, and I didnt like that we had to pay extra for them EVERY NIGHT WE WERE THERE! I never used one the whole time I was there!"

"Even though this Hotel is one of the oldest in the area, they have done a great job keeping up on it. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always friendly. We have stayed here a few times as it is one of go to choices in the area. "
