Got to the hotel after a long drive, ordered food, to find all the cutlery was still dirty from the previous people’s stay. Absolutely disgusting. Not worth the money. "

"We were greeted immediately as we entered the hotel. Staff were all friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was very clean. Great shower, although there is a gap between shower screens which made the floor wet but solved when angled the shower away from the screen. Nice choice of Dove hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. "This is a solid 4.3 star hotel. The location to GTech Stadium (15min walk), short bus ride away from the South Ealing tube stop, and price makes this hotel a great choice! The staff was very friendly. The sheets and bathroom were clean! The reason for a 4.3 rating is that: our sink stopper was detached so we had to pull the lever underneath to drain the sink, rooms were a little dated in terms of touch up’s(lots of scuffs on the walls, lots tiny holes in window blackout curtain, none of the tv...

The hotel is currently under renovation and it was slightly off putting when we arrived late to find it this way. We were led to another building through the back alley for our room.
