"The most unique aspect of this property is that the indoor pool is IN the first floor lobby! So be prepared for indoor humidity and noise during pool hours. Many rooms face the pool and have glass exterior walls with curtains! The design feels very dated and accessibility is an issue - stairs with no visible ramp to the breakfast bar. Staff was helpful, room was clean but amenities were few. In serious need of an update!"

"The staff was unhelpful and disinterested. It seemed like they were just college kids there for a job. The breakfast was a total joke. While they don't advertise it as a complete continental breakfast, the offerings were subpar at best. The staff didn't keep up with any of the replenishment of coffee, food, etc, to the point where I ended up just getting breakfast elsewhere. "This property will definitely push us to look at Homewood Suites in the future. Everything down to the parking garage was immaculate. Our room was very clean and spacious. The proximity to the University of Michigan sports camps was great!!"

"Only issue was parking. Garage was full which apparently never happens but then we had a difficult time parking and had to pay for valet. Valet charged more than was posted at the entrance and literally just left my car right on the street for the night."
