"This hotel was a gem in a really lovely little neighborhood in Hollywood. It is very convenient to all attractions that one may want to visit in Hollywood - Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Pantages Theatre... The staff (actually one person per shift who takes care of the front desk, valet parking, room delivery of any wants or needs, etc.) was most welcoming and made a point of addressing us by name each time they saw us. "Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"The property was dark and gloomy carpet everywhere refrigerator in the room full of soft drinks and energy drinks. There was no place to put my own stuff. I understand that this is for the client use. Not for them to sell their products. No water was provided for free. Difficult to sleep because of street noise add noise from adjoining rooms. Lady at the front desk give me only half an hour for late check out usually late check out another hotels I have stayed is one hour. This was an emergency...

"The room was clean. My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton. This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel."

I'm not one to do public reviews but if this is for internal use only, there was some room for improvement there. First time I did not finish a steak frites. Otherwise everyone was great and kind and helpful. Will be back."
