"Great place to stay"

"The Service was top notch!"

"Just a bit pricy charging almost $400 (including tax) for one night. There is construction right across the street and the pounding sound can be heard and the dust are coming at you when you are outside. But, it is not the fault of the hotel though."

"It is located next to a big cemetery if anyone cares. The unit I stayed in has a very low water pressure and bathtub drain stopper doesn't work. But unlimited good coffee is a good plus in the lobby."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Calgary. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring downtown. The hotel amenities were well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It was quite busy on Friday night, which led to some delays, but the rest of the experience was excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would gladly return."

"Completely overpriced and constantly getting worse each visit. Customer service on the phone and in person was horrible. Mandatory parking is $40 and in the tiniest of fine print so whatever the rate is add another $40 a night to it. Breakfast was awful microwaved scrambled eggs and soggy potatoes, sugar juice and burnt coffee."

"We had some issues with our room as we tried to check in after the 3pm time and our room wasn’t ready. The staff were quick upgrade and switch us to a different room but when we unlocked it with our key cards it was clearly occupied. After the confusion we were assigned another room and had an enjoyable stay."

"It was a lively location in Kensington, very walkable with good restaurants nearby. Felt like a neighborhood. Room size was excellent, breakfast was good, and the food at the Oxbow was very good."

"On the 21st floor all we heard was emergency sirens all night. The windows must have been made out of paper mache. The hotel needs to upgrade the windows to a more soundproof design. The starlight patio was closed and only available for special bookings. The patio itself needed some work to bring it up to a maintained standard. No work area in lobby or anywhere."

"The kitchen needed some additional cleaning (fridge and utensils drawer) and the maintenance team needed to remove a carpet staple where new carpet had been installed outside of the bathroom. The property has been upgrading the rooms and amenities which is a nice improvement from years past. Our check in experience was exceptional."

"Staff and location was excellent! Bathroom was smallish but very clean! Moxies was good food but a little slow; we weren’t in a hurry so wasn’t a big deal. Ease for shuttle pick-up to Banff and nice to have rail line right outside to get around town. Would stay again."
