"It is always hard to trust when a place gets so many glowing reviews but this hotel was wonderful in every way. It's small, but quiet, in a beautiful outdoor setting along the creek and covered bridge, had a brand new pickle ball courts, pool/hot tubs/sauna, the rooms were extremely spacious without everything you could need, and the included breakfast was quite good. It was in a great location and we would definitely return!"

"The Grey Fox Inn was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue involved a booking error. We accidentally checked in a day later than the dates that were originally booked. "Stay was really nice, I would stay here again! The staff was so friendly, room was spacious and amenities were great. Right next to a bowling alley which was cool. Breakfast was standard but good. The hot tub was a bit colder than I like but the staff did try to adjust it."

"Just be careful about the added fees for tennis. It is not clear on their website that they charge $81.00 for indoor court time. I specifically asked to play outdoors and they directed me to pay more without letting me know the cost up front. The rooms are a little tired (I stayed in the Executive King) and need some updated, but the resort has a nice pool area and hot tub and the free coffee in the morning is a nice touch."

"We stayed here for our Anniversary and it was awesome! The room was modern and very cozy. The hotel was located in the middle of Stowe, Vermont so finding a good place to eat isn't hard to find. The fire pit outside along with the hot tub and sauna were also amazing. Overall, we would definitely comeback to a future trip in Stowe. On the side note, the breakfast spread is so good, just hits like home! "

"Wir hatten die Einheit 7 (The Lounge), es war wunderschön und liebevoll vorbereitet für uns. Es war alles da, was man braucht, auch zum Kochen. DAs Haus ist an der Hauptstraße gelegen, mit Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants. Die Geschäfte schließen um 5 pm (im Mai). In der Umgebung kann man auch viele Aktivitäten machen. Wir können das Butler House wärmstens empfehlen."

"Great value. Huge unit. Very old school simple motel with just one story and you can park at your door. Great location to access ski resort. I didn’t use the shuttle but it was right by the hotel. Hot tub was unavailable half the time and not very hot. But that was a guests fault for glass bottle in the hot tub. Kitchenette very limited but functional for breakfast and quick meal. "Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "
