Easy to find and not far from Cambridge . The breakfast was good a choice for everybody’s palate . Would stay again if we were visiting the area again ."

"Nice hotel. Good restaurant in the hotel itself and a couple restaurants within the small community. There is also a grocery store close by. Cambridge is a nice 40min walk and has plenty of dining options."

Room warm so needed windows open which wasn’t that pleasant. "After meeting our friends and spending an evening in Cambridge we returned to the crown and punchbowl for a night cap before bed and and found the bar was shut up and all staff had gone home. It was 10.45pm. So our evening ended quite abruptly. Our room which was on the first floor, was a little on the small side, with only a skyline window, and unfortunately the blind didn't keep the light out, so it was very bright at 5am. "This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing. The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat. This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"The building itself is beautiful. The bed was very comfy. Tea and coffee packs and a kettle available. Plenty of hot water. Quiet surroundings. We walked around the gardens and then walked to the local pub which is in easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices served buffet style. Park and ride into Cambridge is available just up the road and property is very close to the American Cemetery."
