"Overall, the place is good - very new and well-maintained. Issue with our say is that the laminate floors in the room were not properly cleaned and mopped. Difficult to accept this when you have young babies, walking and crawling, and their feet are black due to how dirty the floor is. We did request that they be cleaned twice however, for some reason, the cleaning staff did not address this. It seems that they are cutting costs on the cleaning side being that they only replace towels and take...

"When pulling out the sofa bed a sheet was found with feces on it, we were disgusted. They brought us new sheets and were apologetic. But that is a health violation in my mind, and we wondered what else we would find. The hotel is quiet and has a really nice outdoor area for relaxing. Breakfast was really good!"

"PROS: Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Amazing breakfast! A convenient two-minute drive to App State! CONS: The tiniest parking spaces I've ever seen at a hotel. Ridiculously narrow and short! A contractor's truck was sticking way out into one of the traffic aisle entrances and everyone had to maneuver around it. Might suggest contractor's staying overnight with large vehicles park at the end of the parking lot to avoid any future mishaps or accidents."

"Clean room. We stayed in a "cabin", which has 4 apartments in it. Older property. Could use updating. Very clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Grounds were lovely."

"The cabin was very clean. The sink didn’t drain well but water pressure was good. The staff was chatty and all was well until the gentleman shared political opinions. Probably would stay there again for convenience and ability to house many."
