"Tub did not drain well. notified the first day we were there. Not fixes as of day 4. Sink stopper does not hold water. Plug ins on lamps not work well with chargers. Staff courteous. Breakfast eggs have no flavor. Butter has no flavor. Amount and variety of foods good. Room generally clean. TV closed caption does not work."

"Kitchen wasn’t stocked but you could request from front desk. Shampoo and bathroom products were not in room but could request at front desk. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Bed was horrible - too firm. "

"Everything was really nice and up-to-date. We experienced zero problems. Staff was very friendly and we would stay again. My wife really enjoyed the cucumber water served in the lobby."

"It was a good experience in this central and conveniently placed hotel, but a few downsides. Parking was expensive! Parking with the hotel should be free. That was an unpleasant surprise. My room was on the side of the outdoor pool and kids were screaming every evening til after 10. Next time, I’ll be more careful on what side the room is. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. It was overal a good experience."

"Nice new hotel. Shopping right next door. Walking distance to restaurants and Starbucks."

"Half the staff is rude as hell/on their phones. Others very kind. We were told they don’t “change sheets” after requesting a change after a coffee spill. Breakfast is horrible. Hot water from dispenser is stale and customers made to look crazy when requesting fresh water. Carpets clearly rarely shampooed."

"Staff was awesome! Breakfast at 6:30 was late for our daily activities so we were not able to make that work. 6:00 seems to be the norm elsewhere but that’s just us. Every thing else was very nice."

"Pay for parking in a lot with a car stripped on blocks. Room above us doing jumping jacks, running all night, called down from my cell with the phone in the room disconnected. After checking in I was told to turn right to elevator, I started to turn left and corrected myself, front desk lady made a rude comment. Horrible experience!!!@@ Don't stay here."
