"Everything was great overall, but my experience with the manager was disappointing. When I arrived, I was initially given a standard room instead of the upgraded one I had booked, and I was told it only appeared different because of advertising. After raising my concerns, I was informed that the correct room would not be ready until the following day. I clearly explained multiple times that I had medications stored in the refrigerator and asked to be notified when the new room was ready so I could move them myself. Instead, I was told to leave everything and that staff would handle the transfer. However, when I arrived at the new room, there was no refrigerator and my medication bag was missing. I contacted the front desk and went down to the lobby, where the manager was present. Unfortunately, he treated the situation as if it were not a big deal and did not offer an apology. His attitude came across as cold and dismissive, honestly he seemed almost constipated in how unwilling he was to acknowledge the issue. Aside from this experience, the rest of the hotel staff were excellent and provided great service."

"It looked better in pictures. There was construction being done to the place. Neighborhood on Expedia was misleading, it says Soho, but it's actually the border of Little Italy and south of Soho. It was closer to China Town than Soho! The neighborhood was kinda dirty and messy. If I knew that was the real location I wouldn't have booked the room."

"We could not control the temperature in the room we would set it and it would revert back 2 hours later. Very disappointing especially when it changes when you are asleep and it cases you to wake up. "

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at so far! It is beautiful! It’s in a great location! The rooms were always clean and windows had the best views on the city! I cannot recommend this enough! Check out the rooftop bar, don’t miss it!!!"

"Staff was very sweet and helpful. Each day the bed was made with new towels. Free water and coffee 24/7. Also they would hold your luggage after you checked out if you had a later flight. Room was clean and smelled nice. Bathrooms were clean and offered shampoo, soap, and conditioner. AC and heat worked great "
