"I suggested to the staff they leave an "information sheet" in each room with information like breakfast hours, etc. Also a pad of paper and pen would have been useful. I also would have appreciated a clock. Very nice hotel!"

"Very nice looking hotel with poor operators. Desk staff young and inexperienced. Biggest issue in a the motion thermostats that make room super hot at night. Can’t imagine that saves enough money to make it worth losing customers. Weird experience. Glad was only there one night"

"The bathroom was so small and cramped that you could barely turn around in it. The door had 1/8" clearance from the toilet seat to close. Overall, it felt old and not well maintained. It was clean but the staff was not real helpful."

"rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days...."

"Room was absolutely disgusting. It not only smelled like pet urine it also had 2 different spots where pet poop was leftover. Being the room clearly was not vacuumed. We didn’t even trust sleeping in the beds."

"The room looked great on arrival. Unfortunately, we discovered the shower surround was visibly dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. The next day we also found trash from the previous customers between one of the beds and a nightstand. This would have been a 5 star rating if not for those issues. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We were too tired to raise the issue about the bathroom."

"We are from the Pacific Northwest and had not had the opportunity to stay at Drury Inns. We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is not fancy but that is not needed when the staff were absolutely wonderful and the accommodation's we were given. When we arrived, we really wanted to changed clothes and get food. Unfortunately, our room was not available yet. But guess what was? A suite with a sofa bed at no charge upgrade. Wonderful when you have a 12-year-old boy. Next…FOOD! This hotel offers not...
