I was harassed & cornered by a staff member, Bridgett, at this location and have received zero contact or support from any of management. Do not go here because staff did not step in when we called for help and did not help keep their staff member from getting in my face. They also allowed another customer who was not involved in the situation at all to yell at us and she followed us in her car to continue to shout harassment at us. They did not contact police, they did not step in to protect us. We were not offered any compensation or support. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by any establishment. They should not be allowed to continue to operate if they do not have proper training and I simply wouldn’t take any children here because they clearly do not hold their staff accountable for inappropriate behavior. I’ve been to much more normal hotels in the past so I would just skip this one unless you’re that desperate and need a place to stay. The food was also delightful until the breakfast lady harassed us so like. The only thing that was good is also the persons work who should not be working here any longer. Ironic.
