"It was great quality and everyone was so nice"

"Nice and clean. Excellent staff, very helpful. Decent breakfast. The stay exceeded my expectations."

"Great place and clean"

"I had paid for the room months in advance and made sure to read the terms and condition and saw no where about there being a hold on my account for an additional fee. I was not the expecting this and was traveling from out of state. Once we got to the room it had an awful smell in it. We slept with the windows open all night. There is another one of these hotels more north west in Denver and I thought thats the one I was booking. Unfortunately it was not. This one is no good. It also seems like...

"Wonderful staff very helpful and friendly."

"Very clean. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Enough parking. Good food. Really nice place to stay."

"Clean room, staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good!"

"Room is clean and good staff service"

"Hair in the sink and tub. Nowhere to hang up clothes. Was told someone probably broke the rack and it hadn’t been replaced. Dresser drawer was jammed shut and wouldn’t open. Double beds."

"well... I thought as a resident at the property housekeeping would attempt to clean the room, change towels, get trash, etc. No, they're only there to clean the room once you leave - no matter how long your stay was. It's up to you to 1) empty your trash cans and walk your trash to the dumpster 2) Walk your dirty towels (and even queen/king size bedsheets) to the front desk and say 'I need some more please'. Oh, and that walk isn't going to be pleasant. There are constant odors of dog feces all...

"Our room was very clean, the staff was very nice and their breakfast was delicious!"
