"Had a great weekend in lincoln, and our stay at Naam place was excellent, the house was so warm and cozy(I'd love to live here🤗) a very quiet place to relax and chill out.. It had everything you need and in my option so much better than a hotel, super clean throughout very comfy beds and a good size , towels provided which is great if you forget to pack your own. Fab shower, just everything you need, communication was good from the owner I would definatley be staying again

We had a standard room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Large shower room. The plug sockets had been upgraded to include USB and phone charger sockets so you don’t need a plug.

"The hotel was a little tired. it was in an excellent position and has a lot going for it and it could be better. Staff generally good, service in restaurant could be better. drinks in restaurant after the meal were slow and had to find someone to serve customers.

"Excellent value for money. Comunal kitchen so great ifvyou would like to grab a take away from the many places around the corner. Only thing i would say is a lot of road noise in the room however they do provide earplugs which help. Overall very happy. "
"Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking. "
"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "
