"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to get to all the places. The rooms were super clean and the amenities were lovely. And the pool was a nice touch. Although the $150-$200 for the loungers were a bit expensive for 2hrs. I will absolutely stay here again!"

"Great boutique hotel in Chelsea. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable, stylish and well appointed. Breakfast and hot drinks in lobby area. Hot drinks available 24hrs. Organised an airport transfer early hours, on time and professional outfit. Worth the prices. Will definitely be back to stay."

"Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a pillow. We loved the location, we were walking distance to Times Square and lots of amenities, and the staff were all very friendly and eager to help answer our questions."

"We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly."

"The only criticism I have is the site lists one of the main amenities as sound proof rooms and all I could hear literally all night were rude neighbors blaring music till after 4 am! That’s not soundproof and super annoying"

"This was unfortunate really. No hand or body soap in the room, I had to ask for it. There was a free water bottle that I wasn't offered until I asked where the filtered water was located. The carpet outside the room was dirty. The rug in the room was tattered and bunched under the bed. The mattress so too soft. For a hotel of this price, I was very unimpressed and I travel often. Unfortunate."

"We love the location—close to the 14th Avenue subway station. Lobby is unique and hosts a good breakfast that comes with the room. Decor is ship-themed, with large “portholes” for windows. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfortable. Curiously, the bathroom light never turns off fully. The bathroom is large and the shower is huge! It has the best stocked mini bar of any hotel at which I have stayed. On your second visit, they bring you a complimentary bottle of wine around 4:00 PM. The staff...

"Excellent hotel in a convenient Mid-Manhattan location. Times Square, the Empire State Building, and many other popular attractions are within easy walking distance. Penn Station is also nearby, making travel to and from JFK Airport by subway simple and convenient. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. "Our stay was fine but it was very plain for a luxury suite. The rooms were sparsely furnished and the bed had cheap polyester pillows, not down ones. There was, however, a Nespresso type coffee machine, which was most appreciated. We did like having the two rooms, but thought it was very expensive and not as nice as other suites we’ve stayed at in Manhattan. They have a pretty restaurant and the breakfast was good. Coffee was by the cup, which, I don’t think is appropriate for a hotel."
