"We received a clean comfortable suite with two twin beds as requested. The staff at the front desk were helpful and quickly got us checked in. The room was clean and in a quiet area. Second time in about two weeks we have stayed here, both experiences were excellent."

"Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. More affordable than hotels on the strip, but close enough to enjoy the strip. Beautiful view of the strip and mountains from our balcony. We will return."

"This hotel is SO nice!! I would stay there over and over. The breakfast was amazing and they were so kind when I asked for gluten-free options for my daughter who has celiac. I loved that you needed a room key to operate the elevator and to use the restroom downstairs, I know that's the reason everything is so clean. I loved that it's kind of away from everything but a short distance to the hustle and bustle. The staff was so nice!! I will definitely stay here again."

"The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very warm or inviting. Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience. I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. I waited about 10 minutes for service and was never acknowledged or helped. Better attention to guests in both the lobby and bar areas would go a long way toward matching the quality of the...

"The Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the room, slippers, and robe. We liked that the Casino was small, NON-SMOKING. It was nice to be able to go to the" EATALY" inside the hotel. It offered many choices mainly Italian. The breakfast crepes were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two...
