"It feels more like a boutique resort that seeks to personalise the experience for guests. My other half and I came away with a beautiful embossed stetson hat and embossed sluppers from staying in a beautifully decorated room with a spacious bathroom. Furthermore the food was superb and the wine selection great from the restaurants, recommended by the sommelier. They did run out of our favourite bottle but put this down to us ordering way to many bottles. Full stars for this resort. "

"Brilliant worth 6 stars if more .we were promptly checked in without delays by staff who recognised us on passed visits . I loved to know their names but I forgot . We were 2 Filipinos & 1 crazy British white guy lol I didn’t get the rooms I reserved but the replacement rooms were lovely. We ate in the Bakery some very nice meals in the evening .then spoilt for choice in the kitchen breakfast buffet "

"Dirty room, dirty sheets and towels. The room was not stated in the picture. They gave me a nice one sa picture then when we get there sabi nag extend pa daw yung nka stay dun so they gave it to them very inconsiderate nka booked na kmi dun! Never again. Hope people will never book from them. "
