"The room was great but the pillows were weirdly small I don't know why you would choose not to have regular sized pillows. The room was nice sized. The employee that manned the restaurant in the morning was terrible. He seemed to think his job was more about leaning against the bar as if it was required to prevent it from falling over rather then serving his customers. He was not pleasant to speak with, was cold in demeanor. My scrambled eggs were DISGUSTINGLY wet and it would have been very...

"My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!"

"Buen hotel, totalmente renovado con habitaciones muy amplias. Buenas opciones de desayuno, mi unica queja es que la presion del agua en la bañera era mínima, no salia mucha agua y se batallaba, tambien no me limpiaron a diario el cuarto, y cuando lo hicieron no limpiaron bien. De ahi en fuera me gusto el hotel y el trato del personal. "

"Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help with anything. Annoyed that I asked for more towels. Stayed there 4 days. Last 2 days there was no water. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Asked to speak to a manager, they said she doesn't work in the office. Gave me a phone number. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She never returned my call. We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service."
