"The rooms are big and clean but that's about it. no microwave in the room, which is a must for families travelling with kids. And the biggest drawback was the morning breakfast, absolute lack luster, barely 2-3 things on shelf, and on my stay the pancake maker was broken and didnt had much else to eat other than just omeletes and pepporoni, no waffle maker, nothing to substitute it. I specifically took this hotel cause other reviews mentioned it had good food, but i was very much dissapointed by...

"Rooms door had been previously broken in. Looked like a possible drug bust? Neighbor next door yelled and screamed at thier crying child for hours. I went to the office to tell them and the young attendant was hesitant to do anything. I explained I was concerned for the child’s safety. I called 911 around 11 PM as the yelling and screaming crying started back up. There was no shampoo. Only 2 bars of soap. Obviously this room was previously neglected/torn up. "The staff leave you alone. But it is advertised free breakfast and a pool. The free breakfast is coffee and oatmeal and there is no pool."

"The front desk staff were professional, kind, generous in giving my sister and I attention we needed . The restaurants recommended were excellent . The cleaning crew were thorough and also delightful! We had an excellent experience and will highly recommend this hotel to future travelers. The membership is in my husbands name but he didn’t join us this time"
