"Rooms are in need of updating. Very quiet even though we were next to the freeway. Clean and comfortable. Close to zoo and restaurants and easy off and on to the freeway. "

"Staff is very friendly and goes to great lenghts to make your stay enjoyable. No self parking so you have to have the valet bring your car everytime you want to leave. Really, that was the only downside. "

"Trash not picked up. Light in bathroom broken told front desk 3 times fixed once. "

"Heads up: there is a $7 per day parking fee and a $15 incidental hold per day, which is returned after checkout. The room was beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable—so soft it felt like you were sinking into it. I stayed on the 5th floor with a view overlooking the parking lot and surrounding area. The morning buffet was very good, and I enjoyed the option to sit outside while eating. The rooftop bar had great drinks and an amazing nighttime view of the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would book here again."

"Our check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we were not informed until 4:00 PM that the unit’s AC was broken and unavailable. We were asked to delay arrival while a repair was attempted, and ultimately were moved to another unit after the issue could not be fixed. The host did make an effort to accommodate us by providing an alternate unit, adding an extra bed for our third child, and offering to reimburse us for the ice cream we purchased while waiting. That was appreciated. However, the replacement unit did not meet expectations. The primary bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and had a noisy waterproof cover that made it difficult to sleep. The space also appeared larger in the listing photos than it felt in person. Additionally, a late checkout could not be accommodated, despite the two-hour delay in check-in. While the host attempted to address the situation, the overall experience fell short and we would not return to this property."
