"The room was modern and comfortable with a lovely shower and bathroom, the chrome was all polished. Bed very comfortable and large TV on the wall. The hotel was very quiet at night. The bar area was clean and spacious with a good selection of drinks and food. We ordered toasties which were made with cheap white bread and were soggy on one side due to the salad being next to it but otherwise ok. "What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. "Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. "The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely.
