No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness. "The hotel is in a fantastic location 5 min walk from Tower of London and tube station. The room was fab and in a quiet location at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is lovely. You order from a menu for the hot breakfast and then there is a self service selection of pastries, fruit and cereals. Would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again when we visit London again."

I’m not sure if there has been a management change within the last 10 months, but I found the staff far less friendly overall throughout the check-in/out process, and unbelievably rude in the restaurants located in the hotel.
