"My wife and I loved the hotel overall but found the bed was uncomfortable and that the room could use some fixing. The staff is amazing and getting in and out of the hotel and parking was very easy. The hotel is also within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and stores."

"Stayed with family - we love the pools and the convenience of having a room right by one of the 8 pools. It’s very close to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs which were a plus. Parking could be a challenge if you get back to the hotel late but there is always a spot, it could just be farther from where your room is. Not our first time staying at this hotel and will definitely not be the last. "

"My room carpet was absolutely filthy. The room just needs to be gutted and remodeled. The whole place is worn out and dirty. A broken down limo sits at the entrance. A lady was washing out an article of clothing in one of the hot tubs. There was loud, obscene rap music being played by one of the patrons. My sandals were stolen when i was in a hot tub and my back was turned.

"Even with the geese honking right outside our window at 5:30 am, the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Too bad the poolside bar was not open on the days we were there. Unfortunately, there were never enough clean towels at pool. Had to call for more towels, each day and it took about 25 minutes for someone to restock at pool. Otherwise, staff were all very nice, helpful and courteous. "
