"Absolutely adore this place. The staff are all so happy and friendly all the time and make you so welcome. The rooms are quirky and charming even the smallest one! And the food in the restaurant is delicious only surpassed by the amazing view and sunset."

"This was a lovely place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated as was the en-suite which was modern and stylish. There was no road noise and black out curtains ensured the room was dark. The proprietor was friendly as well as incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many options available. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"We had a one night stay here. V reasonably priced. Super cute and well appointed shepherd hut in the grounds of The Bell Inn, where we had a fab evening meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend."

"The room was not as we saw on the website, we didn’t have a garden view but a large wall, which made the room really dark, the carpet was stained, the breakfast was ok until my husband saw the chef put cereals spilt on the table back in the pots with the ones to be eaten , there was a big sign outside saying come and look at our refurbished rooms, we certainly didn’t get one "

"The hotel was good and clean with the rooms being of a good standard. One or two things could be better. The evacuation details on the back of the door was quite high up and small. This made it very difficult to read as I am only 5ft 6in tall. This became important as around 8.30pm there was a fire alarm. "The hotel is just ok, it worked for us for a friends weekend away but I doubt we will go back. The staff are very rules focused which makes you feel less of a valued guest and more of an inconvenience. But it worked as a place to stay and ok if you are on a budget."
