"This was my first time staying at the Gilmore Hotel and using an app for check-in. At first, I was a little unsure, but it was actually very easy once I downloaded the app.
The parking is convenient, but it does cost $40 per day. My tip: make sure you complete your check-in and get your parking code first.
The hotel itself is a really cute boutique hotel with lots of character. One of the best things is the location—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking...

"We stayed at the hotel last minute as a result of a flight cancelation. The airport shuttle driver was very pleasant picking us up rather late in the evening and promptly returning us to the airport the following morning. The front desk staff was congenial and helpful. The room was clean and bed comfortable during our short stay. Breakfast hit the spot. Nice facility."

"The hotel was very clean, rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Only a short walk to Broadway. Bonus was that the famous Pancake Pantry is next door.
The only thing negative was that the pool bar was closed on a Monday even though the pool was pretty busy with people wanting to get drinks."

"We stayed during a convention so it was busy. Main elevator was being repaired so only one worked. Other elevator on the other side of the building and it seemed like it definitely needed to be next on repairs.
Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The shower curtain was so short when we used the shower there was water everywhere and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash were very masculine scented. Maybe something more neutral please.
Used Lyft to go to some of the outer parts of Nashville...
