"Stayed in a one-bedroom apartment in the North Tower. Room was large, well equipped and clean. Had to do self check-in as arrived very late, which also worked well. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, especially when assisting me with tracking down delayed luggage from my flight. Excellent location, all the main points in Wellington are in walking distance, or there are bus stops very nearby. "

"Wow what a great stay! Really great Communication from day 1. Clear instructions for parking and accessing keys. The room itself was exactly what we needed, it was clean, tidy and modern and nice! "The concierge was super friendly and soo helpful giving advice on restaurants, attending to a slight issue with our aircon which was resolved immediately! It is the perfect location for walking around Wellington and a very reasonable price. We had a deluxe two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again !!"

"It was great. Just 2 mins walk to New World supermarket. In a room, microwave, jag, toaster and plenty of different kinds of tea and coffee. The room was very clean, nice and comfy. I really liked to stay there."

"Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again. "

"Coolest hotel I've ever stayed in very quirky in the best way possible rooms were really nice having the light switch on the headboard is a very nice touch. Cuba Street shopping super close by made for a lovely stop over before our ferry the next day "
