"Lovely quaint hotel with a warm and inviting staff. Lots of charm and very quiet for being in LoDo. Comfy bed and bedding, plenty of niche amenities if you’re into it, great restaurant and cocktail lounge on site, and location can’t be beat. My only wish was that our bathroom was a bit roomier for the upgraded room we chose. Very small standing shower only."

"A great hotel, but I have to say that $64 a night for valet (There appears to be no self park) and the "Resort Fee" at hotel that is not and does not offer "Resort" level amenities is over the top. The resort fee is clearly because Denver/CO allows them to do it, so the hotel takes advantage of the opportunity to nickel and dime you for an extra $30 and change a night or offer you a price that is $30 a night less and then get you in the fine print. "Great location with an easy walk to the Ball arena. Hotel was beautiful and the staff were all terrific! Great hot breakfast every morning and the on-site Degrees Brew Pub was great! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Denver!"

"We checked in and saw our bed not made, and there was lots of black hair on the sheets. We were disgusted and asked the main lobby clerk for a new room. We got the new room, which was cleaner. For breakfast, they reused the potatoes from yesterday and re “air fried” them, as we overheard the staff saying that and they looked terrible the potatoes! We didn’t touch them! Very disappointed esp for the price we paid "

"Loved the balcony/patio. Staff was friendly. Would have been five stars, however, they slapped a surprise $100 on my credit card. They explained this was some kind of fee that is paid outside of Expedia. I had no problem with that, it would’ve just been nice to know and not find out by surprise when reviewing my credit card statement. I was told I should have been informed at check-in, however, I was not. I put my credit card down for incidentals, and there was no mention of any additional fees...

"Overall it was good. The place was nice. I would say the directions weren’t very clear on the link they send you. The link includes parking and such however it doesn’t exactly give the best directions on where to enter to check in as is it is a residential property that has a few ways to enter it. The pool needed to be cleaned around the edges, you could tell it didn’t have a deep cleaning. I appreciated the fact it was near the highway and easy to access and had a wonderful view of the...
