"No Hot water in the bathroom all 3 days of our stay. Property manager gave us different room due to hot water issue in our original room but new room also worked for one person to take shower and after that water was frigid cold. Property location is good, if they solve plumbing issues then property can be decent. We couldn’t take shower on last day morning before leaving for our flight. It was terrible to travel without shower."

"The host was great with communication from before check-in till after we checked out. We loved that we had the option to hire the house cleaner to cook for us as well and she made us breakfast each morning. This property is beautiful and perfect for large groups. Its location is perfect as well because we were able to park our car in a near by garage and walk to el centro, as well as many other places. We would definitely stay here again when visiting SMA"

"Overall I cannot say enough positive things about this property. I would recommend to anyone visiting san Miguel that it is a wonderful place to stay. The front desk manager Luis was extremely friendly snd helpful and even gave us an upgrade to our toom( though I suspect d sry room in this charming boutique b and b is lovely!). "From check in to check out, the team was very attentive! Place was centrally located near, restaurants, Parroquia and center of town. Jacuzzi are had amazing views. Unit itself was clean, modern and had every day amenities that made our stay extra special. Washer/dryer, full size refrigerator and the bed was so comfortable! The attentiveness of the team made our stay so flawless, we can’t wait to visit again. Hope to be back soon! C"

"We loved the property! Had a great room with the patio overlooking the city. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good with multiple hot options included. Location was perfect. Walking the city was very easy from the hotel location. Room was very quiet even with all the activity that was going on in the city the week we visited. I would definitely stay at La Cantera again."
