"For breakfast they had omelets and over hard eggs. It was a nice change for the watery scrambled eggs everyone else serves. The pool was freezing but that didn't stop the kids from swimming. "

"The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! "

"This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random piece of paper. When we asked to speak to a manger, she was not available. We were told to check back later. When we checked in later that day, we were told that the manager had called corporate about the accident report. However, we were not given any information regarding the filing. We stayed three days and asked numerous times to speak with her or have her call us. Not only has she never talked to us, no one from the hotel provided any information on the report, checked on my son, or made any effort to contact us at all. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"Points for being clean and quiet, but… BUT, the pillows were terrible. So much so that I had to make my own by folding up the comforter from the other bed. Also, the breakfast tasted like it was made by someone with a vendetta against humanity. I seriously don’t know what’s wrong with the people who say it’s good. How do you make sausage taste and feel like rubber? How do you make goopy scrambled eggs? HOWWWWW do you manage to serve it all cold? I think the rave reviews are a consequence of gaslighting. Otherwise people would have to admit they paid a lot for garbage. I think the entire kitchen staff should be fired and that their combined wages should go to one ACTUAL chef."
