The microwave was dirty and I had to go floor hunting for sheets and covers for the pullout couch. I told them not to enter my room while I was away but I had rags when I retorted on the table. "Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass"

"DO NOT STAY HERE garage door to park was broken, had to go through front area every time to open garage door. door between complex and garage was broken, never locked and anyone could walk in, no security. they did not provide ANY washcloths and when we asked they said they don't have any. only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels were given for the entire stay. "Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up."

"This place is beautiful, it was everything pictured and more. Jen was an extreme pleasure, easy to contact and available to readily address any concern. The only thing to mention is that the area is DARK, but we are in Georgia, so it comes with the territory. I enjoyed the amenities and would DEFINITELY stay again. "The parking situation is BS. I rented the apartment and with no where to park. The instructions say only park to the left. The whole weekend(Friday-Mon) I was there it was no spots open to the left. The instructions don't say what to if there is no spots on the left. I paid for 24hrs parking twice($16)and got a boot twice.($150($75ea)). Only for the boot people to tell me I have to park across the street in the mud and it was rainning and my girl just had foot surgery. Customer service wasn't...

"The host was very courteous and responsive every time ! The apartment was very clean and spacious just as the pictures shown. The shower is very small and the shower head should be changed. The bed was not comfortable at all .A better mattress most definitely in need of. Upgrade the TVs. Above that everything was fantastic I will definitely stay again once the few issues are resolved and finished. Great property and host ! "
