"Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean. If you have dogs or cats they do except. Just bring your items need for your pet. Everyday my family was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing to ask for is the overflow parking pass when you check-in. They only have a small underground parking and once they are full. "The complimentary shuttle was not running the night we arrived in Atlanta at 1:30 am eventhough we were told it runs until 3 am. It is convenient to the airport but when the shuttle isn't running thats not very convenient. Fortunately a competitor's hotel service took us to our hotel and we tipped him.
