"This hotel was nice and clean but we had major issues with another guest right beside our room. They slammed doors and screamed all night. Multiple calls were made to the front desk and nothing was ever done about it so we got little to no sleep. "

"This property was perfect. As soon as we walk in,we were treated courteous and amazingly. Check in was quick and our room were ready quick. The room was magnificent, amazing view and clean. The pool was amazingly warm and the jacuzzi hotter,food by the pool was good and the access to the beach is really accessible. "The room was had water all over floor as the windows leaked. As a result the room was very very damp. There were no options to move apparently that night. Also arrived late and parking full. Was told I could either pay valet or “park across street”. This was during a tropical rainstorm. Staff was helpful and kind. "
