"Beautiful views!"

"Great hotel overall as far as proximity to the National Parks and great kitchen area in the room. Fortunately we knew to bring along eating utensils, pots/pans, plates, flatware, etc. as that is not supplied. Inconsistent messaging futon check-in as far as the housekeeping cycle. We were told that housekeeping would attend to our room on the 3rd day, the note in our room stated the 4th day, but they never came at all. "Large rooms with tall ceilings, comfortable, good breakfast but cramped for the amount of people, you can hear the next room occupants flushing, talking, not enough parking, at the tail end of town but good value"

"My room was great. Good air conditioning and comfy bed. But their "continental breakfast" was definitely not to brag about. Half an hour after first being available, there was only juice and a piece of bread that the hotel had to offer. People eat better at homeless shelters. I decided to seek my meal elsewhere and I did after check-out. The staff guy was nice but he really shouldn't go to all the trouble of advertising a "breakfast" and then have nothing but table scraps at the available time."

"All the staff was very friendly here! Everyone from the front desk person, maintenance, and the breakfast bar attending we're all very friendly and went out of their way! The property is clean, there's ice machines, water fountains to fill up the big bottles, laundry area and a pool which looked great but we didn't use. It's a very convenient location close to everything and within walking distance to several restaurants.Definitely would stay here again if we are back in the area!"

"The rooms and the hotel were nice. It is on a busier road, but the traffic noise was not bad. Parking was limited, but part of that was due to the trailers that people brought their toys on. It would be nice if all rooms were allowed only one parking space."

"Great place to stay in the middle of Moab. Definitely not a new build but if you are going to home and see the sights and all you need is a bed and bathroom then this is a great little hotel. The shower head is actually 2 heads in one. Totally enjoyed my shower every day after hiking!!!"
