"This is a hidden jewel. Super reasonable, clean and a kitchenette with full size fridge. Family and pet friendly. Breakfast included. Not on the ocean but close to everything. Also an excellent Thai restaurant that shares the parking lot. Softer TP than the Sonesta!"

"A great location and a good price. The grounds were nice with a great view of ponds and a little wildlife of turtles, alligators and birds. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not so good. The water/juice machine did not work and the food was so so. Bottled water was provided later in the day. All in all, we would stay there again."

"The room was clean and remodeled. The breakfast was only fruit, bread, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The workout room was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned as the towels hadn’t been washed, the mats were filthy, the toilet didn’t flush, and there were no wipes to clean the equipment off. The rooms did not have microwaves and the one in the lobby was leaking water. The only ice machine was on the main floor and there was only one elevator."

"The property is at the end of a private/gated area. Hotel seems recently renovated but some of the finishes (flooring & shower tiling) showing some wear already. King bed was very firm and found it not comfortable. Hotel has many convenient amenities for a visiting family such as small store, restaurants, pool games and poolside food service. "The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price."
