We visited family out of state and stopped in Lancaster on our way down and back. I probably should have changed the reservation after the first visit but didn't. "The property grounds in the county had beautiful landscaping & architecture. The breakfast buffet was amazing & clean. The farmhouse room had updated finished but room size was too small for a party of 4. We could also hear traffic at night. The pool was nice & the kids enjoyed swimming. Fishing was fun at the pond. It was nice that it was a short walk to site and sound theatre. Cafe 23 had great coffee & food & lovely view. The shops on the grounds were cute."

"Would not recommend. Booked 3 rooms, all were disgusting. We were greeted with blood on the wall, bugs under the bed and scattered through the floor. AC unit had visible black mold in the tops and vent. Pillows were stained. Etc etc, we did not stay the night, we photograph and reported about the deplorable conditions. The property or Expedia have yet to refund us. Save you’re time and hassle and pass on this property!!"
