"Hotel Narcissus was great. Room 6 was fantastic. Two floors, big bed, full kitchen. Check in and check out were smooth. It is in quite a sketchy location though. Be aware! I don't recommend walking to the nicer part of town from the hotel... Get a Uber!"

"This hotel is in the heart of the gas lamp district and makes it very easy to walk throughout the city to lots of restaurants, shops and amenities. The staff was extremely personable and helpful and always made a point to ask how things were and how I was enjoying my conference. This was a perfect location and style of hotel for my constant in and out to conference activities and social events."

"The first day they have an event in the area of the pool, a private event. And even they offer you to go to a pool of the nearest hotel, I don’t think is the best way to all the guests. The next day the pool was dirty with hairs and like a black dust. I think this hotel is overhyped."

"The staff were friendly. The room had a weird musky smell to it. The pillows and the bed were absolutely horrible. Woke up with back pain, arm, pain, and neck pain. No parking only valet which is $70. You can park at the parking garages that are also separate fees."

"The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. "Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again."
