"I stayed here to attend the 2025 ATEEZ In Your Fantasy concert and The Mint House was amazing! The location was great and super accessible. The gated parking lot provided extra security and made me feel safer even though I arrived back from the concert in the later hours of the night. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Would easily recommend and definitely keep on my list of places to stay whenever I visit Nashville again. "

Bell’appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort (peccato mancasse lavatrice e asciugatrice che sono comunque disponibili in una laundry comune). Piscina molto bella, veramente bel contesto. Barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. Si parcheggia nel parcheggio pubblico a fianco all’hotel. Al mattino c’è caffè e tè a disposizione degli ospiti. "

"Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. "Our condo had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our unit in the clubhouse building. It had a quiet & secluded feeling, but was only minutes away from all the attractions! It was newly updated, clean, and perfect space for our family of 5. We were fine with walking up stairs to get to our unit, but it may be good for others to know that there is no elevator. "
