"Everything was great."

"I had such high expectations going into this trip. The photos made this place look like a vacation within a vacation. I’ll start off with the fact that the 2bedroom was very well designed. But I cannot ignore the fact that the when you took a bath, random filth was bubbling up. Or that the ceiling fan and toilet felt the need to serenade us while we tried to sleep. We killed 2 spiders and while it says the pool closes at 10pm. It did not, or it didn’t keep people from using it past and making a racket. The waterpark was crammed with people, every chair seemed to be taken. Water slides broken downs. Hair floating down the lazy river with you. Or the other quiet pools has trash everywhere! Dental floss picks, crackers by the handful and bottles. Also, check in starts at 4pm! We got there at 405 and they said our room was not ready as checkin STARTS at 4pm. You are not guaranteed a room at that time. Never again"

"The accommodations were excellent. Wonderful balcony and fountain pond views. Clean . Great pool. The tropical garden feel was perfect. Comfortable airy bed and large bathroom. Had best couple days relaxing here."

"Clean, comfortable hotel right in the heart of downtown. Easy walk to Daikin Park, the Convention Center, the Downtown Aquarium, and the theater district. Steps from the Metro red line to go to the Museum District, the Houston Zoo, and the NRG Stadium and Center. Beautiful hotel in an older but renovated building. This hotel is an excellent value and I would definitely stay here again. Great restaurant and other amenities such as a fitness room and laundry facilities. The staff are fabulous, very friendly and helpful. There is no airport shuttle, but the Local 102 bus stops two blocks away to go to and from IAH. There is no pool but that wasn’t important for me. Highly recommend."

"This was good value for what we paid. Basic and efficient for a quick night stay before boarding a cruise. Check-in was quick and very professional despite coming in very late around midnight. We utilized their their cruise Pier transport which was run very well with staff communicating everything that was necessary thoroughly. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, cute and updated chairs and table in the room. The only thing that we didn't like is that there is absolutely nowhere to hang bath towels, washclothes or hand towels. But since we were only staying a night that wasn't too much of an issue. They have a small convenience store that prepares hot breakfast sandwiches that are very affordable and actually quite tasty. The staff at the store was very friendly! We do not swim in the pool but it looked quite nice."

"This was the perfect paradise getaway! I took a quick 4 day solo trip and didn't even need to leave the resort! The food and bars were great and the beach was one of a kind! Everyone was friendly and helpful! I would definitely visit again!"

"The hotel staff were really nice and very accomodating. The room is clean but it does need some refurbishing. The carpets trapped a very musky smell. The water in the shower would only heat at very low pressures. They charged an additional room service fee which only 3$ but i think that should have been charged in booking. They do have a gym and laundry which is nice. "
