"The heating and cooling in my room did not seem to work. The room was extremely warm and humid when I checked in and at night the temp would drop to 65. However, the staff was great and the patio and bar were fun. It is a cool place to stay when in DC."

"The train station is literally outside of the door, which makes it super convenient to get somewhere but also you can hear it approaching. They also had a Dj going, which seemed like a club, not complaining, but it was loud. I bring earplug everywhere, just in case, and I definitely needed them to sleep. It’s not an area or hotel for children, or anyone that’s looking for a mellow time. Bed was decent, nothing to gush about, but it got the job done. Houston isn’t my jam but the Moxy wasn’t...

"The rooms are very small with just a bed, very small dorm refrigerator and a bathroom. No coffee maker in the room and no complimentary breakfast. Definitely, get there early in the day because once the night life starts it’s chaotic. The only positives are that it’s in the heart of downtown and the staff were very nice. I would go to the other hotels where it’s cheaper and more amenities to make it worth it. "
