"Great overnight at airport"

"It was a good experience. However, the bed was like a brick and caused pain to the back and neck. "

"Very disappointing experience. The service was bad from check in to internal support. Staff were rude, impatient, and clearly unhappy to help. It felt like we were bothering them the entire time. Prices are extremely high, almost like staying inside Disney, but the experience is nowhere near that level. Rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Walls were marked up, appliances did not work properly, the coffee maker kept stopping, and the toaster was broken. TVs are old, not smart, and only show limited internal channels. Parking is overpriced, and they charge an expensive resort fee, yet during the week the pool closes at 5 pm. That is almost comical. Not worth the money. I do not recommend it."

"We were really looking forward to this trip, but unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the expectations. The Room Issues: Our check-in was a rough start. Despite a 4 PM guarantee, our room wasn't ready until closer to 5 PM—frustrating after a full day of driving. Once we got in, our two-bedroom condo had a heavy smell of marijuana in one of the rooms. When I alerted the front desk, the only solution offered was to spray air freshener. I declined this as I didn't want my children inhaling more fumes/chemicals, and since no other rooms were available, our entire family had to cram into one bedroom for the first night just to avoid the smell. The Amenities: The resort layout and amenities also fell short for us: The Pool: The pool closest to our building (with the kids' play area) was impossible to use. Every single chair was claimed by towels very early in the morning, and it remained overcrowded throughout the day. Our kids never even got a chance to use it. The Arcade: This was much smaller than expected and didn't hold the kids' interest for long. Summary: Paying for a two-bedroom condo and only being able to use half of it because of smoke—then being unable to use the pool due to "chair saving"—made for a very stressful stay. For the price, we expected better management of room cleanliness and pool etiquette."
