"Very disappointing experience.
The service was bad from check in to internal support. Staff were rude, impatient, and clearly unhappy to help. It felt like we were bothering them the entire time.
Prices are extremely high, almost like staying inside Disney, but the experience is nowhere near that level.
Rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Walls were marked up, appliances did not work properly, the coffee maker kept stopping, and the toaster was broken. TVs are old, not smart, and only show limited internal channels.
Parking is overpriced, and they charge an expensive resort fee, yet during the week the pool closes at 5 pm. That is almost comical.
Not worth the money. I do not recommend it."
