Marriott's Grande Vista

"We stayed at the Marriott Grand Hotel for two nights. The property, staff, bell/shuttle services were extremely pleasant. The property was clean, well manicured and the hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely helpful in providing information regarding exterior excursions and eating venues. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and golf because we wanted to be adventurous and explore some of the outside events and we were there only two nights. However, we have already made plans to return next year with additional family members and a larger space. We really had a great time and are looking forward to next year!"

"Older but classy hotel-kudos to our shuttle driver who picked us up at airport(so pleasant and helpful),also shout out to Carlos at front desk who was so personable and organized our shuttle to cruise port the next morning!We enjoyed the outdoor pool and more than ample buffet breakfast included in our room rate! My only suggestion for improvement in the room would be some hooks to hang towels in bathroom."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Loews Miami Beach. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The service throughout the hotel was amazing. Everyone from the bell staff to the bartenders and indoor staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The only disappointing part of our stay was the service at the beach. My husband and I were shown to our beach beds, but after that we were pretty much ignored. We asked a few times about ordering drinks and food and were told someone would come back, but unfortunately no one ever did. What made it more frustrating was seeing guests who arrived after us being helped while the staff continued to walk past us. We eventually ended up ordering our own food and drinks from a delivery service/ Uber Eats because we couldn’t get service. That was really the only negative experience we had. Everything else about the hotel and the staff was wonderful, and we would definitely stay at Loews Miami Beach again."
