Hotel dekat The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village

"Maybe the hotel is in a state of transition. I think work was being done. They have a lounge situation where they keep pretzels and checks and things like that all the time and some drinks and then in the evening some hors d’oeuvre but it’s not optimal. The Nice gentleman who puts it all out does a good job. There’s coffee there sometimes it’s all sometimes not. There’s no real place to just go get a cup of coffee as you have to go into the dining room room if you want something. I was told...

"Excellent place to stay."

"Would have been a really nice room except we couldn’t open our curtains at all because our window was directly across from the pool gate. Was really disappointed about the location of the room."

"Do not book at this location. Bed had a major dip in the center. Door was crooked and I could hear the outside noises (our room was also facing the free way) completely while the door was shut and we were inside. There was an extra tissue box in the bathroom that was attached to the shelf so there was some weird residue on the shelves beneath the sink in the bathroom. Oh AND it smelled like that old faint cigarette smell that is permanently stuck in the walls. This place is trash and WAY too...

"Breakfast was mediocre, husband’s waffle not okay. He said there was something like lumps of brown sugar cooked into the batter. Hard to regulate the air temperature in the room. The queen bed seemed small, like a full. Nice and quiet location though. $11.00 for two KitKat candy bars is a bit steep."

"No room amenities like toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided. Parking and breakfast came with additional charges. I wouldn’t suggest staying here—it was a mistake booking this place."

"This hotel is in the perfect spot, close to food, the mall for shopping, universal is close which is why we were there, the hotel is beautiful and clean. My only issue is the 30 dollar fee to park a night is a little insane. Your already paying for so much than added on 30 dollars a day is crazy, also the parking situation with valet is just a mess. They had a wedding the same weekend we were there and the entrance was a disaster with cars not being able to get in or out. There is not enough...

"Great experience, staff was really nice and professional. The room was nice and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough. It’s not a new property but it’s well taken care of and close to water wise and things. Would stay again"

"excellent service nd nice location"

"Outstanding view of the ocean!"

"Was a used soap bar in the shower covered in hair. Bathroom was full of ants. Would not stay here again"

"Our hairdryer was broken and the shower head had no pressure, so we had to change the room."

"Staff were very helpful. The room is clean and spacious. We will definitely book again."
